Vodafone Customer Services - Call 191 from your handset (for Contract Customers) |
Picture Message Size The Picture Message Size (MMS) for Vodafone is currently 300Kb between Vodafone users. However if you send Picture Messages (MMS) to other networks you will need to check their size limit. You also need to be aware that some of the older cell phones have a smaller size "hard coded" into the operating system. If you want to use Picture Messages (MMS) and need assistance setting up you phone call 191 from your handset |
A Soft Reset Save yourself a call to customer services. On most phones remove the SIM Card and re-start the phone without the Sim Card. When the phone re-starts you will be asked to put in the SIM Card, do this and re-start again. This is useful if you never turn your phone off and solves a lot of problems. It also keeps you "up-to-date" on the network |
